Born Soldier Prome’Pah banked his Ku-Ush Va strike vehicle toward his home nest on this accursed planet.  He could feel the nest spirit (a greatly honored Born Soldier) calling over the navigation ports.  The mission had brought honor and glory, so he banked the Ku-Ush Va and gracefully sailed between the horns of the command tower in celebration.  One by one his Born Soldier nest mates followed.  Tonight they would feast in the towers of their home base.

Finger and Toe Models announces the release of the 28mm card stock Alien Base: Core Set. The set is composed of two cores, a comm tower, and numerous add-ons to customize the cores, plus bridges to join them.

Although designed for 28mm/skirmish scale figures, because this is an alien set, you can use them for any scale from 6mm (representing an alien city) on up.

The characters are being offered to our players “As is.”  This is not the characters sheet that will be provided in/with the book.  Enjoy.

Adventure Framework 4 Caverns of Melusiah consists of:

  • A downloadable, bookmarked PDF (7 A4 pages, excluding cover & credits, in both parchment and white backgrounds).
  • The Core Adventure (in this instance, clearing out a cavern complex occupied by bandits in the west, and giant ants in the east) that will occupy 3-8 hours of session time with Minimal Prep.
  • Rumours & Hooks suggestions.
  • Quality B&W Illustrations.
  • A professional hand drawn Map.


But don't take my word for it - google 18 Halls of the Dwarf Lord and 16 Delecarte's Carnival of Wonders to download two free examples.

Now, there's a few things AF's don't come with:

  • Boxed Text: Every time a GM reads boxed text, an ad-lib fairy dies, and I've got too much blood on my hands already. Paraphrasing and natural speech from the GM keeps players guessing what's pre-planned, and what's off-the-cuff-I-totally-planned-that awesome. And we wants that awesome, precious. We wants it.
  • Colour Art: AF's are currently produced using old school B&W line art. Maybe one day I'll move on to colour pics. Maybe.
  • No Grid: Maps, where provided, don't have grid lines. It's easier to add a grid than to take one away. If you prefer a grid or hex, you'll need to add it via Roll20, GIMP v2.8, etc.
  • US English. I'm in Sydney Australia, so my work is in UK English. 


Armed with a handful of Adventure Frameworks, you can sandbox like there's no tomorrow. Browse through your library of AF's, throw out a few hooks, and let the players bite where they may. Whatever direction they take, you'll be ready to handle it with aplomb.

Now, there's a few things AF's don't come with:

  • Boxed Text: Every time a GM reads boxed text, an ad-lib fairy dies, and I've got too much blood on my hands already. Paraphrasing and natural speech from the GM keeps players guessing what's pre-planned, and what's off-the-cuff-I-totally-planned-that awesome. And we wants that awesome, precious. We wants it.
  • Colour Art: AF's are currently produced using old school B&W line art. Maybe one day I'll move on to colour pics. Maybe.
  • No Grid: Maps, where provided, don't have grid lines. It's easier to add a grid than to take one away. If you prefer a grid or hex, you'll need to add it via Roll20, GIMP v2.8, etc.
  • US English. I'm in Sydney Australia, so my work is in UK English. 


Armed with a handful of Adventure Frameworks, you can sandbox like there's no tomorrow. Browse through your library of AF's, throw out a few hooks, and let the players bite where they may. Whatever direction they take, you'll be ready to handle it with aplomb.

Dodatek do Hinotamy pozwalający na wprowadzenie do gry wyjątkowo potężnych i niszczycielskich przeciwników: kaiju.

Kaiju to ogromne, niebywale groźne i niszczycielskie monstra, drzemiące w rowach oceanicznych, kraterach wulkanów i jaskiniach rozsianych po całym archipelagu Hino. Legenda głosi, że były to bestie zbyt potężne, by Hageshi Iki mógł nadać im ludzką postać i nauczyć ludzkich zwyczajów. Zamiast tego, czarnoksiężnik użył swej mocy, by giganty zapadły w sen, nie stanowiąc zagrożenia dla siebie i swojego otoczenia. Zdarza się jednak, że w wyniku działań głupich śmiertelników albo lokalnego kataklizmu bestia budzi się i zdezorientowana – zaczyna siać spustoszenie.
