Fortsetzung von „Die Piraten von Elfora“. Das Abenteuer ist aber durchaus auch einzeln spielbar.

Endlich erreichen die Abenteurer die Hafenstadt Anischan an der Nordwestküste Salmaruns. Dort ist der Endpunkt der berühmten „Porzellanstraße“, eines Handelsweges, der seinen Anfang in Tsin-taa hat, der Hauptstadt des Kaiserreiches Changai Nuruu. Nachdem sie sich für die lange Reise auf der „Porzellanstraße“ ausgerüstet haben, ziehen die Abenteurer frohen Mutes gen Kaiserreich. Nach einer langen und gefahrvollen Reise erreichen sie schließlich Tsin-taa, die Hauptstadt des Kaiserreiches. Doch statt sich endlich etwas von den Strapazen der vergangenen Monate ausruhen zu können, werden sie in einer inszenierten und spektakulären Aktion von kaiserlichen Soldaten unter Befehl des Großmandarins verhaftet. In Changai Nuruu interessiert man sich zurzeit nur wenig für neue Geschäftsbeziehungen oder Handelsrouten zur Ausweitung des Porzellanhandels. Man hat hier ganz andere Probleme, seit ein selbsternannter Prophet in den westlichen Steppen die Nomaden gegen das Kaiserreich aufwiegelt und immer mehr Zulauf bekommt.

Der Großmandarin macht den Abenteurern deshalb ein Angebot auf Leben und Tod: Wenn sie in seinem, natürlich inoffiziellen, Auftrag den falschen Propheten unschädlich machen, will er alle bereits vorbereiteten Anklagepunkte wegen Spionage fallen lassen. Die Abenteurer haben sich sofort zu entscheiden. Der Großmandarin erklärt ihnen deshalb abschließend mit liebenswerter Stimme und freundlichen Worten unmissverständlich, dass bei Ablehnung der Scharfrichter bereits im Nebenraum wartet.

These are the settings we have used to get perfect prints on our printers. Printers vary as do different types of filaments and how prints behave in different types of weather! You will need to get comfortable with your printer and how it prints in the hot, cold, and humidity. Regardless of the printer you choose, I recommend keeping your room cool and dry. I also, highly recommend using Hatchbox PLA. It may cost a bit more but it’s 100% worth it. Seriously.

QOTC was featured in a club newsletter and later published in the student guild newspaper of the Queensland University of Technology. It was the first thing related to role-playing that I ever got paid for. After its appearance in the student paper it vanished into my archives and it was only recently that an old friend of mine, Wesley Kublick (whom I had not seen for over 30 years) visited Brisbane and asked if I had ever done anything with QOTC. Wes was always been a keen comic fan and he still remembered QuRP and his adventures after all these years.

So…encouraged by Wes’s praise of QOTC, I delved into my filing cabinets and dusted off the original sheets I had penned the comic on all those years ago in order to serialize it once again for a new generation of role-playing fans. I hope you enjoy it.
