The Cavern-Tunnel Wye (small cavern) group of Naked Geomorphs contains 27 tiles, each with three connected openings, one or two of which are two-position openings (CD) and the remainder tunnel openings (T).  Sets A and B are completely interchangeable.  I.e., tile M31A can be replaced with tile M31B, without changing the basic structure of your map.  Set A has sections of narrow, one-hex wide, passages, although some of the restricted sections are short (just a few hexes).

Citizens of the small Village of Iceshire claim they can hear what they believe sounds like the moaning of dead humans from the snow capped Elrumir Woods north of their tiny civilization. And as the cycles of time pass, so does the closeness and number of the wailing increase. It is believed by the villagers that once benign Wizard Craedric, now a constantly cackling and screaming Liche, has plans to unleash a horde of undead upon the populace and throughout all of Winterlight Valley. Further ascertaining these fears is the Cleric of the Gray Pearl Moon’s frequent Nightmares of “flesh rippers” eating the villagers by the darkness of a “soon to come” morning.

This adventure is part one of a three part campaign (each a separate publication): Shadow of the Corpse Tree and Ascent to Heaven are acts 2 and 3 respectively. Moans of Dead is an Adventure for 2 to 6 Swords & Wizardry White Box characters at first level. After arriving at Iceshire, player’s characters are hired by the Cleric of the Gray Pearl Moon to Quest to cease the wailing heard at night from the Elrumir Woods. However, before their departure, the Liche attacks Iceshire with a small army of undead as they prepare to venture into the snow laden Woods from Iceshire’s Hallowed Halls.

These are the settings we have used to get perfect prints on our printers. Printers vary as do different types of filaments and how prints behave in different types of weather! You will need to get comfortable with your printer and how it prints in the hot, cold, and humidity. Regardless of the printer you choose, I recommend keeping your room cool and dry. I also, highly recommend using Hatchbox PLA. It may cost a bit more but it’s 100% worth it. Seriously.

Built high on cliffs overlooking the confluence of two rivers, Gurthap Keep was a bastion of strength and a haven for the Cult of the Red God. Here, priests of old sacrificed over the tomb of long dead Kha M Thir, honoring him for his long service to the Red God.

They added bastions to the keep, walls, a temple and barracks. From there they terrorized the surrounding country, raiding the villages of Alice, Greenbriar and Ends Meet until at last the rangers gathered against the Cult and overthrew it. They drove them from their walls and those they did not slay, fled into the Darkenfold to the south.

The castle has sat thus ever since, a grim testament to the gods of the old world. The forest has consumed it and only the memories of men keep it alive. The town of Haverstraw suffered the depredations of a cabal of wizards for many years, until they were at last able to drive them into the wilderness. They kept them at bay with an oathstone, parading the magical device in public so that all would know. But the stone has vanished, stolen by some miscreant, who himself perished in the wooded country of the Darkenfold.

The Darkenfold is an ancient forest, deep and malevolent. It is a wilderness that has drawn creatures to it, great and small, for many long years. As such it is filled with adventure, forgotten wealth and for those who survive, glory and renown.

Harvest of Oaths combines over-land travel from a Trading Post in the Darkenfold, and it involves challenges in both combat and role playing. It is not a traditional adventure module that consists of one dungeon or one goal, but rather consists of a series of short adventures, which in turn offer the enterprising Castle Keeper the opportunity for numerous side treks and adventures of their own design all the while threading them together, if desired, with the oathstone.

Thriller kom till sommaren 1983 när jag arbetade som ensam nattvakt på en fabrik. Nätterna var trista, så jag tog min skrivmaskin till vaktkuren och skrev rollspelet under händelselösa timmar mellan patrullrundorna. Jag byggde settingen utifrån dåtidens äventyrsserier, som Agent X-9, Stålhanden och Modesty Blaise, och TV-program, som The Professionals, Paul Temple och Mission Impossible, det vill säga: äventyrarna kämpar mot terrorister, diktatorer och internationella brottslingar med storstilade kriminella planer.

1984 speltestade jag Thriller med några kompisar vid Lunds universitet och allt föll väl ut. Äventyret var en crossover med Cthulhu-mytos, men det begrep aldrig spelarna. Samma år skrev jag tillägget Även­tyrens värld, en science-fiction-vari­ant med regler och bakgrund för hur äventyrare kan ut­forska Jordens paral­lella tidslin­jer.

Thriller är genuint old-school, ty det skrevs på den tiden. Reglerna är baserade på Basic Roleplaying 1d20, men med genrebaserade anpassningar.
